China Field School Launch 2015

Now you can with the launch of the China Field School 2015!

This program, which starts in May, 2015, offers 6 credits for INTB 3100 (Mgmt Issues in Int'l Business) and ASIA 1225 Contemporary China. The main target for this field study opportunity are BBA students, preferably in 3rd year and up. The goal is to encourage interdisciplinary studies, and expand the international perspective of our students. 

Following a 2-week orientation in Vancouver, students will depart for Shenzhen in S.China for a 2.5 week program mainly delivered by the faculty at Shenzhen Polytechnic. Dr Li Yu, of Langara, will be teaching the ASIA 1225 course.

The program is packed with a rich mix of business and cultural components, including lectures, guest speakers, visits to businesses and cultural sites, interactive activities with local students, day trip to  Guangzhou, Mandarin language lessons, and more!
