Coach Cassidy Kannemeyer has an extensive post-secondary coaching background with a proven track record as a recruiter and program builder. He joined the Falcons ahead of the 2023-24 season after serving as the lead assistant coach at the University of the Fraser Valley for two years.
During the 2022-23 season, Kannemeyer helped lead the Cascades to the Canada West playoffs for the second straight season. Prior to that he was the head coach at Capilano University for six seasons and also spent five seasons as the lead assistant at Quest University.
A graduate of Gladstone Secondary, Kannemeyer continued his education at Langara College before finishing his bachelor of arts degree at the University of British Columbia.
