Many people wonder whether they know what it takes to start and run a business, and if this might be the right move for them. Other people are looking for resources to help make the shift from business idea to business ownership, or to improve an enterprise they manage or own that is already in operation.
Langara College Continuing Studies’ Small Business & Entrepreneurship offers practical courses and programs that help students advance their goals quickly, from developing and testing business ideas to improving customer service and learning how to analyse financial statements.
Instructors use real-world business examples and students’ own businesses (whether already in operation or at the idea stage) to help students quickly develop the knowledge and skills needed to get on with business. The result? Time spent in class is time spent on building a successful enterprise.
