I’m a new student and just received an email stating I was accepted by Langara, what do I do now?
- Log into myLangara
- Select Admissions and Application Status
- Select View Application Status
- Select the appropriate option
- Follow the prompts
How do I get a student loan?

I forgot my Langara student ID!
Go to your personal email account, locate the email that you were sent when you were accepted into Langara, or contact Registrar and Enrolment Services.
I forgot my PIN/Password!
- Click on “Help” below the PIN/Password field and follow the instructions.
- PIN/Passwords are the first initial of your first name and the first initial of your surname, both in CAPITAL letters, followed by a dash and your date of birth (FL-YYYYMMDD)
I need a letter of enrolment/eligibility of graduation/etc!
You can request a letter from Registrar and Enrolment Services.
NOTE: A fee may be required.
There are so many words I don’t understand like prerequisite, GPA, etc!

I sent my transcript to Langara. Why can't I register for my courses?

Where do I go for IT help?
Please note that there is NO student lab aide support for instructors or students in the computer labs. If you have support questions please go to the IT Support Centre at Room A104, or call 5999 from the lab phone.

I forgot my class schedule. What can I do?
You can access it on campus by logging into myLangara at the general use computer lab (L109). You can also go to the Information Kiosk or Registrar and Enrolment Services for assistance.
Where can I use a computer?
Computer Lab L109, located in the Library, is open to all students during normal operating hours. For other access to other computer labs on campus, please check the schedule posted on the lab doors for availability.
Where do I go for confidential health services?
Student Health Services, located in 'B' Building, provides confidential, friendly, and easily accessible services.
Where do I go to get books?
The bookstore is located on the main floor of 'C' Building. Your personalized textbook list may be found by logging into myLangara. If the information is not noted on your course outline, check with your instructor regarding mandatory/optional course textbook requirements. The bookstore normally has extended hours at the beginning of the semester. Check the Langara website for more information.
