Langara College is a gateway to all facets of the real estate profession, including property management, building management, appraisal, sales, finance, development, and social housing management. Whatever your area of interest, you can begin your future in real estate at Langara College.
Langara College works closely with the University of British Columbia, the Appraisal Institute of Canada, the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, the Professional Association of Managing Agents, the Strata Property Agents of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Non-Profit Housing Association to ensure that our courses and programs are aligned with educational standards across the profession.
