Overview
The interdisciplinary programs explore issues and ideas beyond the boundaries of traditional disciplines or subject areas in a manner that is innovative, stimulating and informative.
An interdisciplinary approach provides students with a broad education. Each program offers students unique opportunities to develop their analytical and communication skills that are essential for the workplace and further academic study.
All courses are university-transferable. This provides students with the basis from which to pursue a university degree in that specific area of study or in a related area of study. Each program is structured in a way that allows students to select a wide range of elective or support courses to meet diploma or degree requirements.
The Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) department offers a variety of two-year programs leading to an Arts & Science diploma and or an Associate of Arts degree.
