Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a voluntary, bilingual and confidential service that provides employees and eligible family members valuable information and resources and professional short-term counselling services for individuals, couples and families. The goal of the EAP is to help you find solutions for personal or work life issues.
The EFAP provides professional assistance for a wide range of issues, including:

- Childcare and parenting issues
- Eldercare concerns
- Depression and anxiety
- Alcohol and drug misuse
- Family matters
