Overview
Langara College’s Department of Computing Science & Information Systems is the largest college level Computer Science Department in British Columbia. The CSIS department offers a variety of programs with many common courses in the first and second terms which allow students to enter the Arts and Science Program in Computer Science without committing to one specific option. The programs are flexible so that students can change the focus of their studies in the first or second term.
The Department also maintains an instructional support website which includes more detailed information about our courses as well as links to lots of other resources of interest to students of Computing Science & information Systems.
