Utilizing programs such as Cubase and Reason, this course teaches students the art of mixing and mastering multi-track audio. Students will learn the process of interpreting and manipulating the mixer throughout the song as well as adding channel effects. Effects devices such as equalization, compression and reverb will be covered in-depth as they relate to both mixing and the final master. Mastering effects such as maximizers, stereo imagers and audio analyzers are also covered.Prerequisites:Cubase, Reason, Ableton Live or equivalent
