Certified Management Accountants (CMA)

Certified Management Accountants (CMA) are strategic financial management professionals. They have the accounting skills and leadership competencies in international competitiveness, market development, human resources managment, and information technologies.

In partnership with CMA British Columbia, Langara College offers compressed courses designed specifically for students who are enroute to pursuing a CMA designation. Langara College offers theCMA Quickstart Program which helps students complete the prerequisites required to enroll in the CMA’s Accelerated Program. The Accelerated Program covers the entire CMA syllabus and once completed students will be eligible to write the CMA Entrance Exam.

Langara also offers the CMA National Entrance Exam Preparation courses. These courses are designed to help supplement exam preparation for CMA students who have already been qualified to write the CMA National Entrance Exam.
