You Can Adopt-a-Falcon
By Adopting-a-Falcon you provide an essential form of support for our student-athletes and athletic program. The Adopt-a-Falcon program provides an avenue for alumni, friends and family to be part of our Falcon Tradition of Excellence. With your generous contributions, we can continue our tradition of excellence and turn today's student-athletes into tomorrow's leaders. Being a successful student-athlete at Langara College requires a significant amount of time and energy that often leaves no time for a part-time job, making it difficult to pay the expenses associated with playing competitive sports. As a department, we continually encounter new fiscal challenges, including increased costs for travel and equipment.
A Tradition of Excellence
Langara College has deep roots in Canadian College athletics since the inception of its athletic program in 1970. Langara College carries on a long history of strong educational values and rich traditions. Through the hard work and commitment of our student-athletes, and the many people committed to Langara's Athletic Program, the Falcons have achieved a standard of excellence that over the years has become tradition. Athletics are an essential part of a balanced education environment and serve to enhance the profile of the College. One cannot put a value on this, but from Langara College's perspective, it is a most important feature of our College.

Over the past 3 decades, Langara Athletics has provided student-athletes with an athletic and academic experience second to none.

• 18 Provincial Aggregate Trophies
• 69 CCAA All-Canadians
• 24 CCAA Academic All-Canadians
A Designation Of Funds
Dollars raised through the Adopt-a-Falcon donations go directly to assist student-athletes and help enhance the student-athlete experience at Langara College.
Funds will be utilized in the following ways:
• Meal money for road trips
• Non-conference travel
• Equipment and team apparel
To Adopt-a-Falcon requires a minimum donation of $100. Tax receipts are issued for the full amount of your donation. Your support is greatly appreciated.
