For Artists


We accept all kinds of art as long as you've made it (i.e. photo, ceramic mug, necklace, t-shirt print, posters, greeting cards, home decor, or knitted scarf). Submit as many pieces as you like! Proceeds will be split 50/50 between you and your department.

Step 1Drop off your art

Drop off your art to Room C511. If you will be submitting later than Friday, November 25th, please email dso@langara.bc.ca. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00pm. When you come by, we will chat about a minimum bid you are comfortable with and get you to fill out a bidding sheet to describe your item(s).

Invite your family and friends, and enjoy the evening! 
Make sure everyone has a free ticket. 
Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Step 1Pick up your payment

All sales will be finalized by Thursday, December 8, 2011.
You will be contacted via email with pick-up details.
