Programs
At Langara College, the following programs currently offer a co-operative education option.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA co-op students receive a co-op designation by completing three or four co-op terms in one of the following areas of study:
- Accounting
- Business Management with optional International Business Specialization
- Financial Management
- Marketing Management
Students usually start the co-op process in their first year of studies.

Arts and Science (Univeristy Transfer)
Students who have completed the first two years of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and are transferring to a university to complete their degree, may qualify for one four- or eight-month co-op term. This work term may be transferred to the university and used toward a co-op designation there.
Computing Science and Information Systems (CSIS)
CSIS programs share a common set of core courses. Students specialize in one of the following areas of study:
- Applied Computer Science & Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Studies
- Internet/Web Computing & Software Development
- Management Information Systems
To graduate with a Co-op Designation, students are required to successfully complete two co-op terms. If you are taking a two-year program with a co-op option, the following is the basic configuration for co-op.
