Programs
At Langara College, the following programs currently offer a co-operative education option. (Click on program title to go to a complete course description):
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA co-op students complete a minimum of three co-op terms and specialize in one of the following areas of study:
- Accounting
- Business Management with optional International Business Specialization
- Financial Management
- Marketing Management
University-transfer Arts and Science
Students who have completed the first two years of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and are transferring to a university to complete their degree, are available for a four- or eight-month co-op term.
Computing Science and Information Systems (CSIS)
CSIS programs share a common set of core courses. Students specialize in one of the following areas of study:
- Applied Computer Science & Technology
- Associate of Science Degree
- Computer Studies Diploma
- Internet/Web Computing & Software Development
- Management Information Systems
Students are available year round, for either 4- or 8-month terms. As we work on the semester system, the placement periods are typically January to April, May to August, and September to December.
